First of all, the seminar they provide is free - even if you don't feel you need a trust right now, you should go to understand what things you should start doing. Dan taught the seminar and it was practical and thought provoking advice. I went to one and could only stay and hour, but knew that I wanted to go again with my wife at the seminar. I have worked with Dan on what we wanted to do, Nathan put things together and they give you a structure of what things will look like without committing. Once we saw the plan we wanted to get thigs set up, and after things started to get in place, Kate worked so hard for us, and was amazing. My mother needed something similar and my brother and I worked with Dan, then Nathan, and brought mom there. Jill was very good on her part and mom liked how she presented things. It has made many things so much easier. Recent Update Recently I needed some work on a trust and a deed. I contacted Nathan at Cooper, Adel, Vu & Associates, and told them what I needed done. He asked a couple questions and said they’d get back to me. With two days I was contacted by Chris H, who told me he had the documents prepared. He explained what was needed and offered to mail them. I asked if it would be possible to pick them up the next morning? He said yes and set up a window of time when I could get them at the reception. The documents were waiting when I got there. Included in the folder, was an instruction letter, that was very clear on the sequence of events, what should be signed, dated, notarized, etc and the exact sequence. Four different people needed to sign the documents and it was great having them arranged in the right order and the steps listed. When I got the last one done I called to say I was dropping them off, as it’s a 45 minute drive for me. Chris met me at reception, looked them over and said he’d get to work on them and gave me an estimate of the days needed. He did excellent and far exceeded my expectations! He called to tell me he would send an email with digital copies and mail them to me, and completed everything in 24 hours. What a great experience thanks to Chris H! This team knows what they are doing!

I had some reservations about xfer to a Single Trust for both my wife & myself and changing heirs of two of our Grandchildren into another Trust..Coopers attorneys Dave & Jeremy alleviated our fears. The two Trust products & corresponding documents they put together were Exceptional, complete, and very well done! Our daughter' s attorney (who reviewed her childrens new Trust) said the Grandchildens trust was extremely well written. Dave and Jeremy were easy to work with and did everything to ensure we were satisfied with our two Trusts.The fee for both trusts was nominal and well within our budget. We highly recommend the Medina OH office of Cooper Adel Vu.

Trenton did a thorough job of explaining estate planning and we selected together the documents to be completed. He turned them around in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. He also helped us with the Transfer on Death document for our motorhome, something that doesn't automatically transfer like a car would. Thank you!
