Elaine Brooks joined Cooper, Adel, Vu & Associates, LPA as an Associate Attorney in 2023. Attorney Brooks received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. She is a member of the Dayton Bar Association Estate Planning & Probate Section and the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.
Elaine’s broad professional experience includes a diverse law background having practiced both corporate and real estate law as well as criminal prosecution. Elaine started her career as a CPA with Deloitte before a:ending law school. She also gained an appreciation of the value and demands of owning a small business as a Vice President helping her husband manage and run a local distributorship located in the Dayton area.
Elaine resides in Beavercreek with her husband and two dogs. Two of her three children a:end Ohio State University, and one graduated from Miami of Ohio, and has started her professional career as an elementary school teacher. Elaine is active in her local church and volunteers at a local clothing outreach. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and playing games with her family.
