27. Does my current Will avoid Probate? Answer: Funded Revocable Trusts and beneficiary designations avoid probate, however, Wills do not. A Will provides instructions to the Probate Court regarding your wishes. A Will does not avoid Probate, it simply helps your heirs start a Probate at death.
